Lisa was very good and it was lovely as we only had 2 adults plus 1 tutor and we were able to go in depth a lot more about questions/videos.

The subject matter was very dark but the course was kept upbeat and enjoyable all week. Both trainers and trainees helped to make it a very enjoyable but informative course. Thank You Gwen and Rhys

I am genuinely going to be gutted to go back to my day job on Monday. This was a thoroughly enjoyable week and very well put together.

There's a sense of nervousness to flying solo (with a fellow instructor) but I always have "imposter syndrome" when doing something for the first time, or even after multiple times it can still raise it's ugly head. But keen to get going and seeing how the Mental Health First Aid instructor arena looks like :) Diolch yn fawr/Thank you very much.................

The training is cohesive, engaging and diverse in style (even though delivered online), and the training materials provided to support delivery are helpful and essential trainer tools and very professional. Both Gwen and Rhys have such incredible knowledge, charisma and approachability. They create such a safe space to allow participants to develop both personally and professionally. Their styles and co-facilitation professionalism and 'banter' are modelled so well. I am very grateful for this experience and to now be able to deliver YMHFA on behalf of my organisation, knowing I've the support and resource of the MHFA Wales team to tap into.
