I felt Gwen and Rhys delivered a very good course and did it well. I would be more than happy to be trained by them in future.

The course is very well structured and easy to go through. Liz and Will are great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! It was great to meet other staffs who are also very supportive as we learn together and exchange our experiences. I would like to have a timeframe indicator for each of the chapters within the self-study modules before the seminar meetings. I would really appreciate that to plan my day around it.

Response: Thanks for your feedback on how to improve the course experience. We will meet as a team to ensure that we build the extra information around timings into the pre-course materials.

Ellender delivered the course at a good level. The information and subject matter was very relevant and although the videos were Australian, they were informative and added a different teaching method. Overall a good course.

I gained So, so much from this training. In fact, an old friend reached out on the weekend, knowing I had done this training, as their child was threatening suicide and was increasingly agitated and drug taking. so i was able to advise and put into practice what i had learned. This helped greatly as they contacted me today to tell me that they had asked the direct question, called the GP and had a referral to CAMHS today. Without this training I would never have advised as i did so a huge thank you :)

I feel the course was terrific. It has given me solid information and detail to clarify areas if Mental health I was after clarity on. Andrew had a wealth of knowledge and I was lucky enough to share the course with some great students who created some great discussion.
