I found this course to be very beneficial. I have gained a really good insight into mental health first aid and most definitely feel I am better prepared when faced with those situations. The instructor Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a great way that was easy to understand. Many thanks

very good, needs to rolled out to clients as well so they can understand what is happening to them.

The whole package of the training with the 2 webinars was really good, so much better for me than online training I've done in the past where there is no opportunity to interact with peers and trainers. The webinars really helped me embed the learning, I'm not sure if the learning would have 'stuck' without this! Great to be able to hear the experiences of peers in other settings, to give it context and also to benefit from their experience.

Response: Hi Jane, We are so glad you enjoyed the training and are pleased to hear that your experience of using our blended learning approach which combines online modules and sessions with a trainer and other learners was so beneficial.

very informative and hopefully will become a much more common and mainstream thing, to talk about mental health

An extremely beneficial course delivered by friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate people - thank you! My ratings of 4 stars for the course is only due to the fact it was delivered via Teams, not my preferred learning and interacting method; I was unable to attend the in person training. My other ratings reflect my lack of confidence and experience of situations, and are not from a critical stance.

An incredibly insightful and helpful course with fantastic delivery by Rachele. Approached serious topics with real life examples but kept it engaging and light enough to be enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Louise has been an absolute pleasure to spend the past 2 days with. I especially wanted to learn more about specific subjects, and the course covered them. Absolutely brilliant training. Louise presented the course outstandingly good. I wood recommend this course to everyone. Plenty of content and Louise was very knowledgeable, if questions needed to be answered.
