Response: Many thanks Laura -glad you enjoyed it

The trainer was very approachable and informative. Even though I have a long-term mental health condition myself, I still learnt a lot.

Response: Glad you found it a positive experience -thank you

This has been excellent training to help me be prepared to have those conversations when situations arise where you can make a real difference. Without these tools, it would be difficult to know what to say and do. It gives me more confidence to take action. Thank you!

I'm not much for acronyms and there's always a limit I feel to guidance on this subject. Within those boundaries I felt the course was valuable.

I really enjoyed this impactful course, I feel better equipped and more confident to deal with the possible scenarios that could come up. Thank you. The online course is fabulous as it enables us to attend courses during a work day

Both sessions were very rushed and I feel if I had been a first time attendee rather than attending for a refresher then I wouldn't have understood a lot of it. These sessions should be stretched to 3/4 days if not full days. I attended 2 full face to face days with MHFA England and that style of learning definitely benefitted me more.

Zarqa and Mandy were friendly and approachable in their delivery. They made sure that participants felt comfortable in what was being delivered and made sure that we knew that if anything upset us we were ok to leave and they would check in with us. The exercises were set up in a way that allowed us to mix with staff from other departments/ centres which allowed us to work with a wider variety of people which was great.
