Absolutely brilliant course. The content was informative and easy to understand and both instructors could not have been more approachable or clear in their delivery.
I have found both the course and the instructor very informative and i feel more confident in my approach to mental health first Aid.

The session was excellent it was really interactive, the videos were vey informative, resources were excellent, it was natural, very informal delivery and the tutor made it fun and enjoyable. I learnt a lot from listening to others experiences. It was lovely to be back in the classroom with face to face delivery. It was a sensitive subject but Anne Marie made it fun and enjoyable....
Really good course, correct mix of workshop discussions, tutor talk and videos.
