The course was very informative and covered a lot in the two days. Focus was on ALGEE which is useful and handbook is very insightful but will need a lot of follow up to be on top of knowledge to be fully prepared to support someone especially linked to give support and information.

I learned a lot from this course. I now have the confidence to ask questions that I would have not liked to ask previously through lack of knowledge of the subject.

The training was very beneficial and the instructor was clear and explained the content well. I have a much better understanding of MHFA and will now be happy to use these skills when out in the community.

I now see MHFA as I do general first aid and there is a need for it so I appreciate having the opportunity to do this course. I found the videos and the real-life scenarios and discussions useful. The online module content is good and the live sessions really help to consolidate.

I thought the course was excellent. Very informative and well executed. My only feedback would be to maybe do the e-learning after the course as I feel that this would flow better. The breakout room discussions were too long. I think 10mins per discussion would be more than enough. Overall, an excellent training event provided by Stephen and Mark. Thanks both. Diolch / Thanks, Hannah
