Enjoyed the course electronic interactions, I felt I understood more about the first section - maybe because of family situations I was more comforatable with it. I thought my knowledge would have been good for the second half but I had the realisation that I am not as knowledgable as I thought - but it wa sa good learning experience. The IT flowed well which suprised me, there were other candidates who i found had a lot more knowledge or appeared to. I wouldhave prefered a written copy of the manual.

The instructor was very friendly and engaging, which resulted in a very enjoyable training experience. The course content was very interesting and useful as well.

I enjoyed the course. Many thanks I just felt that we took our time to complete some aspects and these could of been completed quicker and it would of made no difference. I understand the same supportive message needs to be sent out for each section we covered but it could of completed in a shorter time frame

Such a fantastic couse! I have learnt a lot and feel much more confident in supporting adults in mental distress. Thank you for Sophie and Llinos who were great . I am looking forward to attending the YMHFA course in January.

It would be good to have a hard copy of the manual to look back on and to make your own notes. I think it's worth mentioning that it can be difficult to deliver training online
