Really great, insightful course that i'll use in my day to day life - at home and at work. Layla was fantastic trainer who really brought the subject to life with professionalism and sensitivity. One short 'crib sheet' of links to the main support resources and organisations would be really helpful

I feel much more prepared for tackling these issues within our student body. I know I'm not an expert, but I feel like I am more equipped. Wendy and Sam were great and I felt like they were truly understanding and knowledgable.

Very useful course, especially to listen to Layla bringing her experience on situations, very practical and realistic, giving us confidence to use the tools. The 4 is slightly off 5 because the materials could be easier to use in practice, particularly the manual.

Steve is a credit to the course, his ability to engage was incredible and made the intense nature of the subject manageable and although possibly a little taboo with regards to the subject it was actually fun. I would not hesitate in recommending others to attend in the future and it has re-ignited my desire to become a mental health Counsellor again. Genuinely appreciative of the content and the subject delivery
