A really insightful and useful course that has prepared me for helping with mental health in the workplace.

Lots to think about. ALGEE for all situations some situations add a D for danger. Think about your own mental health before you start the conversation with anyone. Think about the positives for yourself

Steve was brilliant; knew exactly how to deliver this potentially very distressing course. Was very insightful, had the ability to keep certain topics light-hearted while stressing the importance, which is an incredibly rare skillset.

The course felt open to discussion whilst providing clear stages and information . I was really happy with the blend of self directed modules and web meetings as they fit into my schedule and allowed flexibility. The instructor Ellender was clear, open and overall a wonderful lead to the course. Defiantly recommend!

Steve kept us all interested and engaged from start to finish, he shared a lot of useful information that will be invaluable in our workplace, sometimes in a lighthearted way but also always reinforcing how serious Mental Health First Aid is.

This is a great introduction course to MHFA and challenges some stereotypes and myths. Only addition I would make is to explain how you would learn more / follow on courses. But hit all the markers I expected and would certainly recommend
