Very informative and engaging

Informative, insightful and easily understood. These sessions were digestible and highly interactive. There wasn't a topic which I was stumped at the end. 5 stars

Interesting course that was well delivered

This course was delivered in a very professional yet personable manor. Alan did a great job in engaging us and ensuring everyone had a thorough understanding of every topic we discussed. He was welcoming, reassuring and calming which allowed us all to be open and connect with the course content by asking questions and sharing our thoughts and personal experiences with the class. I would 100% recommend Alan to anyone who is considering taking this course as he really widened my knowledge on mental health and mental illness. I have left a much more confident person in myself, within the mental health community and in work. I would be very willing to help anyone who came to me for any help, thanks to Alan.
