From the first day of the course, I felt comfortable, I enjoyed the different scenario's, It really resonated with me. The tools that I came away with will be useful in work as well as out of work. I learned so much.

This course was so well delivered - I found it so facinating and it has taught me so much. Bethan’s aura was calm and she perfectly led the sessions. It has given me so much more understanding on the topic and I’m ready to face situations if they come up in work or even day to day life.

Karen and joanne where amazing. We where made to feel comfortable and at ease and they made sure we all knew what to do if it got a bit too much and they where there to talk to and help.
