Bethan was a good mentor and helped me feel more equipped to deal with mental health issues both in and outside of the workplace in the future.

The course was in incredibly eye opening and informative. I found it very useful and helpful, and Bethan was an incredible tutor.

Thanks for running this Steve, its really good to go back over the approach and make sure I'm dealing things directly and compassionately. I think that it might be good to have some examples of maybe when there's a situation that's concerning but you might not be the best person to step in what to do in that case?

Bethan was so acommodating and kind, ran the course in a firm but fair manner and made sure we were all safe and respectful. Great instructor.

Helpful course, really good at being up to date with advice, instructor was amazing, kept everyone engaged the whole time and really good at explaining complicated situations and ideas in an easily understandable way.
