Great course, very informative and Tony was a great trainer
The course was an eye opener. I wasn’t expecting it to be so interesting. I found some parts quite difficult to deal with but glad I have completed. I will be able to use my learning in work and in my own personal life

Steve was excellant. Made me feel relaxed and engaged in the course. Although some of the content is very strong it is layed out to flow and Steve delivers it in a perfect manor.
Great training, thank you! Maybe getting participants to move around and work with different people would be helpful.
