Very good session, better than the previous MHFA session

The course was very informative and I have learnt a lot. It kept us all engaged and that allowed us to learn a lot better.

Good. Insightful. The group work on the case studies helped 'ground' the course material. Plenty of comfort breaks and emphasis on self care.

A very good and informative course, very practical which is good.

I found the training to exceed my expectations. Nicky was so thorough in her approach to training and the whole group was totally engaged. The way nobody was expected to join in the difficult exercises and there was space to leave at any point was so so important. I will be recommending this course to as many people as I possibly can.

I loved it! The presentation was informative, and Nicola was fabulous and very knowledgeable.
