An excellent programme covering various mental health concenrs we lmight see. As a result i feel i am better placed to notice the signs and deal with a colleague friends or family member with mental health concerns. Would recommend this to others, liked being in a small team undertaking this course we could really share our experiences and thoughts

Loads of content covered. Covid stricken so interaction was restricted. Feel more confident with ASIST training and this training to use prevention and intervention techniques in work and everyday life

Brill really helpful and great corse

Good approach from Carly, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. COVID restrictions made it difficult in order to fully undertake course and processes however understandable in the current situation

Both Chris and Mel delivered the course content well. It was a very interactive course and you were able to participate as little or as much as you felt you were able too. All of the course content was extremely interesting and I felt that I learned a lot from it.

I found Steve to be very engaging. He use of his own personal stories made the course very real. Steve's sense of humour made this course very enjoyable as the subject matter is intense.
