I thought the course was very informative and positive towards recognising the effects of mental health.. I feel able to contribute towards guiding individuals towards recovery..

I would have liked to have spent more time on the eating disorder section as this is where I am least confident. The section on depression and psychosis was really informative.

Really enjoyed the course, I would have liked a PDF of the manual to refer to instead of having to log in each time, and I think a course stipulation would be to access the course in a room away from others, this is less distracting and promotes better dialogue as you aren't concerned who can hear you. Being online was great as I controlled my emotional responses, in a classroom you feel more vulnerable.

Really enjoyed this course. Sensitive topics, handled very well.
