The course was very insightful and I love how we've been provided with the ALGEE model to help us support anyone in crisis and in need of MHFA.

I found the course very beneficial and I have gained lots of knowledge about mental health first aid. I now feel more confident in supporting people who are suffering with mental health issues. Thank you to Vanessa! :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Hannah and Sally were really good, very encouraging and good at explaining. Very slight criticism -I do think the manual should have been more accessible.

I found the videos in the modules very helpful especially on psychosis. I personally find face to face situations more conducive to learning however I think Sally and Hannah were brilliant, patient and respectful of everyone.
