Tony was a great instructor. Made us feel at ease at all time and told us to take care of ourselves when needed. I feel I am much more well equipped to deal with situations of this effect after the training. Thank you Tony.

The course was not what I expected. I would recommend that this course should be compulsory because there is a lot of benefits from this course and gives you a great understanding about mental health problems. 10/10 from the instructor Jacqui as well.

Thank you very much to Sam and Wendy - I found the training very helpful and it also drew attention to misconceptions regarding mental health.

A very nice refresher course for me having worked in mental health for many years, but been away from it for a while. There were also quite a few point that were new to me. My only issue is that there were quite a few typos in the teaching material and some of the sentences could be revised to make them easier to make sense of. This sometimes disrupted the sense of the material and at times made concentrating on the content difficult.
