I found the course extremely useful and it made me aware that mental health has many factors and comes in all different types of ways. It made m aware of how to deal with situations involving mental health should they arise. I found the discussions we had very empowering. excellent and thank you for all the effort that went into the course and managing to make us feel connected even though we couldn't really be together. Thank you for developing the online version as otherwise I wouldnt have been able to attend and this allows more flexible delivery too. All in all a good course. I found the 'ALGEE' a bit repetitive but it was a catalyst to some good discussions. Confidence of the presenters will increase with time as they become more familiar with the content. Good job!

They seem to have thought of everything in terms of making it easy for us to deliver MHFA in future, very clear boundaries throughout, nice marketing and resources.
