Sarah was an absolutely brilliant teacher. She is very knowledgeable about mental health and provided a safe space for learning opportunities and sensitive discussions. At one point, a group member became tearful and Sarah stopped the session to comfort and reassure her. I would be very keen to attend another of Sarah's courses!

Very useful, nice to reflect that Mental Illness affects everyone and is a medical condition. AGLEE is a useful tool.
