Louise was very knowledgeable and experienced in relation to the course and presented the material in an informal, engaging way. Although I have previously completed the course it was very useful to recap and learn new skills from Louise and the other participants. brilliant girls delivering the course. they answered any questions i had and was very understanding when i struggled with bits due to my own mh
