The trainer was brilliant. Really helpful. Gave me a far better understanding of mental health. Please can something like this be put into schools. I have a 13 year old daughter, This would be amazing for, I believe if this was brought into schools in this detail. I am sure they do touch on it. Thank you for the course and there time, I not only feel better about supporting metal health but the sessions were done in such a way everyone was comfortable in bring up points and sharing stories. I think that is a massive challenge to do with the size of the 'class' and a very impressive from both instructors
