I found with the course modules there seemed an expectation to know the answers before you had been taught anything, and feel with the first webinar there could have been a little more focus on what you actually do when approaching somebody for first aid. But both instructors were absolutely great, it was an informative course and I feel I would be confident using what I have learned in a real situation.

I found the course extremely useful and it made me aware that mental health has many factors and comes in all different types of ways. It made m aware of how to deal with situations involving mental health should they arise. I found the discussions we had very empowering. Andrew and Neil taught the course so well, professionally and encouraging and made it very engaging and interesting. I really enjoyed this course, thank you

excellent and thank you for all the effort that went into the course and managing to make us feel connected even though we couldn't really be together. Thank you for developing the online version as otherwise I wouldnt have been able to attend and this allows more flexible delivery too. All in all a good course. I found the 'ALGEE' a bit repetitive but it was a catalyst to some good discussions. Confidence of the presenters will increase with time as they become more familiar with the content. Good job!

They seem to have thought of everything in terms of making it easy for us to deliver MHFA in future, very clear boundaries throughout, nice marketing and resources.
