good interactive group with some lovely ideas an thoughts. definitely opens your eyes to the complexity of mental health and I have certainly learned a thong or two on how to approach the situation

Very engaging and informative. Kath and Chris work well together and compliment each other's skills. I would definitely recommend the course to others who are in supporting roles.

Excellent course and materials too had to deal with a 5 year old with psychosis the following day who was complaining of eyes coming out of the wall to her. Got her in to see OPTHALMOLOGIST consultant - eyes NAD so then admitted to paediatrics for their referral to MH.

Really good training, very informative and I feel much more confident in how to assist someone with mental health.

This was extremely concise , constructive and engaging training session. It has also made me more aware of my influence over my staff, especially the switching off and taking time for myself which is something I do not currently do.

Enjoyable content and as a manager one that is becoming more relevant across all generations within the workplace and not something considered historically !
