Course is very heavy towards suicide , I feel more anxiety focus would be relevant , and also ways to improve your own mental health and wellbeing would be a benefit

I thoroughly enjoyed the digital workshops and Layla is a fantastic trainer. She explained everything in detail, the videos used throughout were informative and I enjoyed the case studies. I feel that the online units that were to be completed before and between the sessions to unfortunately be unengaging and found myself flicking through them quite quickly. I would have preferred for there to be some audio or perhaps a test. I found the manual difficult to navigate online

Excellent course which gave very good guidance in how to deal with Mental Health issues within my Team at Work. The prevalence of Mental Health concerns has been increasing rapidly within the last three years or so
