Very information course, an appreciation course would be useful for all staff to remove stigma of talking about issues and problems.

I feel that the course could be more in depth and potentially done over 3 days to allows us to complete all of the tasks and scenarios. Apart from that it was a great experience

We have been provided with a tool kit. Rather than being paralysed with uncertainty I feel better able to support individuals.

The slides and videos in the TEAMS training were a repetition of the on-line training. I understand the reason of reinforcement of information but duplication is more likely to put people off.

The pre modules and the webinars were very repetitive. More role play for the webinars may have been more useful as manager to set the online modules into practice

Very useful course, especially to listen to Layla bringing her experience on situations, very practical and realistic, giving us confidence to use the tools. The 4 is slightly off 5 because the materials could be easier to use in practice, particularly the manual.

The course was very informative and covered a lot in the two days. Focus was on ALGEE which is useful and handbook is very insightful but will need a lot of follow up to be on top of knowledge to be fully prepared to support someone especially linked to give support and information.
