Stella was very supportive during the training sessions - The discussions were thorough and the tasks were chatted through constructively. I now feel better equipped to help someone in distress.

Course is very heavy towards suicide , I feel more anxiety focus would be relevant , and also ways to improve your own mental health and wellbeing would be a benefit

I thoroughly enjoyed the digital workshops and Layla is a fantastic trainer. She explained everything in detail, the videos used throughout were informative and I enjoyed the case studies. I feel that the online units that were to be completed before and between the sessions to unfortunately be unengaging and found myself flicking through them quite quickly. I would have preferred for there to be some audio or perhaps a test. I found the manual difficult to navigate online
