Refresher was needed just to keep confidence levels up (even though I'm just a novice).
Really great webinar session, and the e-learning, was really helpful to gain skills and understanding - and to have a refresher! The Tutor Rachele was great, took us through some great exercises, and gave us great opportunity to talk and share. It was good to have the webinar after completing the e-learning, so I could understand better how to put the learning into practice.
Really good discussions and role play exercises to build confidence when providing mental health first aid.
This was an excellent course with good interaction between delegates. I have learned so much about myself as well and this helps me recognise when I am struggling and need to take care of my own mental health.

Work Smart, Not Hard That one comment really resonated with me. It was from that point (early, Day 2) that i focussed on the delivery structure of both Instructors over the manual material. My thinking being that i already have the well read manual at hand, it's the delivery structure I'm here to learn. Really enjoyed talking with the other participants and learning from them too, great to be part of an interested and intelligent group.
