Very open and honest, exactly what’s needed for young people in these situations. Group were very engaging and shared some particularly good examples of their own experiences in the workplace.

I previously completed the course, so this was more of a refresher for myself. However both trainers were engaging and I still felt the course reassured me that I am supporting my learners in the best way I can with their mental health. The course was as a great pace and I felt that both Karen and Sam were reading the room well and taking rest breaks where needed. They both checked in a suitable number of times and I felty the group felt comfortable talking about what can be considered difficult topics in a safe environment.
