One of the best courses I have completed thanks to Steve. The way he engaged with the group was brilliant. The interaction with the group made it feel like a safe place. I would recommend this to any other colleagues.

Very informative, educating someone with very little knowledge and sympathy of the subject manner. Now have to adapt and apply to the workplace.

Steve was very informative and approachable with any questions we had. Although the course is quite intense due to the nature of the topics it was extremely informative and has helped me feel a lot better about handling a situation where someone maybe feeling depressed or suicidal. We worked through various situations and discussed different ways of dealing with various situations relating to mental health. I would highly recommend this course.

Steve was amazing and I really enjoyed the course. My eyes have been opened and I feel so much better equipped to discuss people's mental health now.
