enjoyed the training

It has made me understand mental health so much more.

The Miriam task was completed on day one and the hearing voices exercise was day two. I attended Mental Health first aid training many years ago, i enjoyed it then, and thoroughly enjoyed being able to participate in the course again. Tristian was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. I would highly recommend this course to others. Thank you for you time and patience Tristian.
