i struggled somewhat with the course material particularly relating it to the manual. My copy of the manual arrived after the course finished!! I therefore felt under prepared for the webinars and reticent, and that my knowledge was on the low end. However the break out rooms did give me confidence that i did both actually knew more than i thought and my experiences were valid

Louise teaches a very challenging and deep topic with MHFA, yet she is able to communicate such things in such a way that people are able to understand and apply this training with relative ease. MHFA can be a triggering and painful subject, and Louise gives relevant breathing space, reflective practices and support to those she is engaging with. Thank you Louise for this training.

It was a very interesting course. I feel I have learnt some valuable tools to support people who are experiencing poor mental health. The atmosphere of the class was relaxed and everyone had the opportunity to speak. Louise was very knowledgeable and approachable. I would have enjoyed a longer course!

I found the course very helpful and informative and feel I am now on a better place should I have to deal with a member of staff facing these difficulties.
