Pauline exceeded my expectations with this course. She was expressive with her demonstrations, carried the whole class along using our names, allowed contributions and maintained a positive energy throughout. I would recommend the course to my colleagues with her as tutor!

Course fully met my expectations and more , so thank you Pauline . A nice size group where candidates felt able to speak up and debate etc . I feel more able to tackle conflict going forwards and reassured I will be able to deal with this better . Really enjoyed the 2 days .
