Facilitators done well with content they had however it was inaccurate (no fault of their own). The anticipation was this was ‘training’ on the new procedure, however it has become clear the new procedure requires review with amendments. There are further processes that need to be developed before we can implement the new procedure. After leaving this event, I am no further forward of knowing and understanding what the new procedures will be.

Alastair was so knowledgeable about the course. Very clear slides and explanation. I enjoyed the session and understand it perfectly.
