Good day to support discussions and learning about the procedures. Further work and training around using the policy will be needed as points raised are actioned and influence change.

Facilitators were very good at supporting professional dialogue in relation to the process and procedures. It was sometimes difficult as we were having some conversations around this but they supported this well.

Would have been very helpful if materials and training info correct.

Materials did not align with pre reading material. No opportunity tk see new notifications. Not a training, more a workshop

Not what was implied ie Protection more about the new process and how this would be used

Always an enthusiastic training session from Pauline. Lots taken away from it.

The class is so interactive and that makes it interesting also I have great confidence in Taking a Training going forward

Good content and great course presenter.

Amanda was a fantastic trainer. Provided a safe space to share and interact about some very hard topics. The information was was great which really opened up my eyes to all aspects of mental health.
