Really informative. The trainer was great and I found the way he recapped the learning material through questions really helpful. Definitely the best and most informative first aid course I have been on.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the course but it was well laid out and will provide real practical help in the workplace going forward.

I found the learning very exciting and engaging throughout, especially the training on the use of the machines. The training on manual handling, first aid, and safeguarding was also very key.

Trainer's understanding of how to use Zoom was limited, resulting in minor blips e.g. showing documents on line. Training and better preparation on Zoom is a must to make the course run smoothly. Now that COVID restrictions have been significantly reduced, Courses need to be back in the classroom to maximise the learning opportunity - I am, however, coming from never been off work or even worked from home at the height of COVID restrictions. There is a lack of follow up to ensure that the training session are then acted upon. I would like to see objectives agreed with the employer where evidence is required that the learning objectives have been successfully carried out before the Certificate is presentation. I received the Certificate without providing evidence that I have conducted any of the learning objectives.

Course was overall good with some good ideas to move forward with.
