I found this course helpful and feel much better able to deal with the difficult people I regularly encounter. The trainer was enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the subject and I would recommend this course to my colleagues.

A worthwhile course which was educational and thought provoking. Definitely one which can only be achieved through face to face instruction as opposed to attempting to run online.

Pauline was very enthusiastic and informative and this spilled over to everyone on the course who happily joined in with roleplaying tasks
