Comprehensive course with lots of relevant information

Really enjoyed the course and feel confident I could help in an emergency situation, although hopefully I don't need to!

Due to the content and the amount of information the course could be split into three days

I got a lot out of this course, Pauline was a great trainer - very enthusiastic and engaging and clearly an expert in the subject

Pauline was very engaging and friendly and made the training very enjoyable. It was interesting and lots of role play got everyone involved rather than just sitting listening. I feel like I learned a lot from the course.

Really engaging and much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Can genuinely say that I've learnt plenty of new things today.

I have been on several first aid courses and this was by far the best! The practical and theory was perfectly balanced, the trainer engaged everyone without anyone feeling uncomfortable which can often happen. Would highly recommend this course
