Another excellent course with Pauline. Covered a lot of materials and of which I will need to take time to review and extract what will work for me. Some great information and what I need to do moving forward to better influence within my role. Would have liked to have materials linked more to work examples in our environment and not so much of a personal nature. While I appreciate its a good way to take in the principle putting it into a work setting helps reinforce learning.
