Very informative, course provider was friendly and easy to listen to, re-learned a lot of time management techniques forgotten previously.

A good summation of the things to think about. As is normal, there is too much to take in in one sitting - it is afterwards, when you process it, that you get the benefit. In this light, with a delayed effect, saying how good it was immediately after is open to uncertainty. But I will be back for more.

I think this training was informative and factual, it helped me understand more about people who I support regularly and how I can support them to be as independent as they can be to fulfil their lives
