I felt that the 4 days where required to cover all the information that was put forward to the class. I thoroughly enjoyed the lay out of the course, class involvement and interaction was really good. The knowledge of the teacher came across very well as every question put forward was answered and shown to the class where to find information may we need to look for it in the future. Overall really enjoyed the class.

Great course

I found the course to be one of the best I’ve been on. Pauline really took the time to tailor the course to the working environment and was engaging and energetic. The role-play and opportunity to throw in questions, opinions and such during that was also really helpful.

The course content is very comprehensive and the trainer - Mark - clearly knows the subject very well. He used real life examples and encouraged conversation which made the subject easier to understand and connect with.
