Very energetic and lively course, very instructional, learned a lot

Pauline was great at delivering this material keeping the whole room interactive with the content all day (Good laughs in-between also which makes the training much more fun). Very useful. Good content and interesting ideas with lots of things that can easily be incorporated into our professional and personal lives. Also lots of opportunity to share thoughts and ideas, which is important for a workshop like this.
