The training course was incredibly informative and Lynne kept everyone engaged throughout the whole 2 days by keeping the course interactive and allowing everyone to share their own experiences and ask any questions necessary - leading to some great discussions. As someone looking to develop a career in HR, rather than a line manager, I still found the course extremely helpful as it allowed me to realise what steps I need to take next.

The iema user manual jumed around and needs updating so easier to follow

I found the course engaging and Andrew presented it well. A lot of the content was something that we/I already carry out on a daily basis, but I still enjoyed the course.

I don't like working in group exercises much, but this was ok
