The course i attended was led by Luke Pitt. Luke was infromative, friendly and welcoming. Luke has explained some of the more complex and nuanced elements of the course in a clear and concise manner making the learning easier to understand. The course materials provided by RRC were easy to understand and well explained. I had a couple of conversations with the team at TSW who showed excellent customer service and great knowledge of their roles.

Over all the course was a great experience by engaging with others, it was interesting to see how safety is managed in other participants businesses. it was also useful how the tutor showed us how to research and find resources on HSE website and other online resources.

The trainer, Chris, has a wonderful way of imparting his breadth of knowledge and experience of H&S to all on the course. He has an incredible way of delivering the course materials, is kind, easy to talk to and very approachable.
