Good course but hard to do over teams

Virtual course was well structured and engaging. Content was clear, well paced and easy to follow. Trainer was knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely passionate about the subject. Encouraged participation and created a supportive learning environment. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really enhanced the course.
