I felt the course reached the intended aims however, I would have liked either some allotted time between the 2 sessions to work on the training. I don't think havign more time before hand to read the pre info fromt he email would have helped as you only fully understand what's required after the first days training.

Trainer was excellent and although some of the content was information I was aware of, lots of it was new and were new ideas and processes I can put into practice when mentoring.
