Good course good training and trainer

This course was good and the easy to follow along with.

Would of been good to have shared some more examples of life experiences

Positive and engaging course, lots of different knowledge and experiences shared.

Very informative course

really good course. although you think you know everything and I feel confident with my customer service skills I felt I still discovered more about techniques and how to apply more effectively. Also reassurance was given on handling situations.

I'm happy with the material provided though as someone who struggles with attention when reading. It would have been nice to have had a little less PowerPoint and Book Reading. Though the trainer was able to suggest some alternative sources which were very helpful.

Great course, full of information.
