Really useful and educational course, Ian was very knowledgeable and also enhanced my knowledge on the use of word and excel documents.

The order of the material was a little confusing, when we looked at the question criteria I would have liked some space to add notes to the learning outcomes.

Lynne is a great facilitator and I have thoroughly enjoyed her teaching and the course.
