Really interesting, useful course

James was very knowledgeable and informative and delivered the course content well.

Enjoyed the course and it was a useful refresher on negotiation skills, skills we have learnt in sales training previously but nevertheless good to brush up on and hear some new perspectives, tools and techniques.
