I really enjoyed this training. Lynne was an amazing orator, and ensuring that the course material was given with a human spin from her point of view really helped. The 2 and half days flew by and I have got a lot of positives to take away to put into practice going forward.

Lynne was a fantastic trainer, she kept the course interesting and engaging. I learned a lot about myself on a personal level that I can carry forward to improve myself and my team. I am interested to learn more about the neuroscience behind coaching and why it works.

Course was very beneficial. Never a boring moment and never lost concentration. This is one teacher I will not forget and that's a testament to her teaching skills.

Loved this course and all the ideas it has bubbled up in my brain! Thank you to Lynne for keeping me engaged and motivated throughout the 2.5 days and for inspiring me to become a better manager/ leader.

I was apprehensive before attending this training course due to the length of time it would results in being out of office and the thought of previous training courses would this really worth my time.l? At the offset lynne was warm and welcoming introducing herself and allowing time for a chat with each individual. The content, relevance, interaction, adaption when needed was unmatched and like nothing I have experienced before. Lynne had a real passion and it was evident lynne wanted to reach each individual and make an impact and a real difference to each individual and not just for the group.

The course was informative and interesting. The trainer, Dipvandana Mehta, was excellent. She was engaging without being patronising. She also made the course enjoyable whilst remaining educational.
