it would be helpful to receive the course material more than a couple of days before the course starts. This provides the option to prepare and organise the material to be able to follow along better, especially during the Assessments.
Constructive criticism would be the learner workbook didn't always flow with the presentation slides. The presentation would benefit from synchronisation. I personally would have liked extra time given to the live audit section to absorb the quantity of evidential documents, I did however think that it was a good representation of what an auditor would face. Application of time pressure is a realistic factor. Other than IT issues with document transfer and conversion at learner end, the course content had a linear flow.
Craig was engaging and knowledgeable, able to give real world examples.

Agree for all of the above as the main issue is really influencing management in order to fully move forward with our sustainability model. Learnt a lot personally and took away some good ideas for personal sustainability at home.
