Very well delivered, very knowledgeable of the subjects presented. Able to bring real life situations to the course and subjects presented.

Interesting angle to what we do on the daily basis, enhanced by the trainer, pleasure to be trained by Lynn

Great course and easy to follow, great trainer feedback and support. My only potential improvement is that some of the workbooks don't align with slides being presented. We covered everything, but it's sometimes hard to follow through the workbook.

George was great tutor/mentor and showed great enthusiasm and passion delivering the subject matter A1 delivery

Very useful course with many ideas for future use coming from this. Will take some practice before becoming fully competent but have the tools now to move forward. Very enjoyable, and a good pace to the learning.
