Karen was such a wonderful trainer. She was engaging throughout the two days. She listened to what our concerns were and adapted the training to fit. I felt listened to and valued the entire way through. I even felt comfortable to open up about our personal experiences on site and seek her guidance. I really have come away from this training feel empowered and enthusiastic for the future.

This course has provided some real lightbulb moments for me as a manager and I appreciate even just the thinking time to process how I can improve as a manager I liked that the mornings had a lot more of the key informative subjects while the afternoons were more interactive I have taken away a lot of key points to use

Great course with lots of sections that we all took part.

I found the course very well presented and interesting. Peter was very knowledgeable and kept it up beat throughout the hours which makes a course more interesting and you are more likely to take on board the advice given.
