Fire safety doesn't seem like it's the most interesting topic, but I was engaged from the very beginning and took a whole page of notes, since returning to my workplace, I've already made changes and looking to make even more.

Luke was a great host, easy to understand (mainly because he's nearly lost his brummie accent which is definitely a plus) and constantly gave out concise instruction which made the three days fly over.

I just wanted to say that the facilitator was exceptional, truly experienced and understanding and more than helpful. His approach was great and he helped to make the course that much better. Can't say a bad thing about the gent. Exceptional facilitator.

Luke was very on point through out the modules. I found the course very engaging and will take a lot away with me to put into practice within my company.
