The course was long and on times was boring so lost myself could of had more interaction I had to go home and read the information again.
George was absolutely brilliant, this has made the training one of the best I have been on in a while.
I enjoyed the course very much, we have done several courses recently and I have found this to be the most captivating. I have found this course provided me with actual tools and examples to apply to my day to day role.
I had a great time and being so busy in work I was apprehensive spending a whole day out of work but I can honestly say it was worth it. I was very interested in the material and found George so informative, knowledgeable and engaging. I wish he was my lecturer when I was in uni! :)
George was a very engaging educator who used his charisma, knowledge and insight to turn what could have been a very dull session about how to pander to customers into what felt like a university level business and psychology lecture (which is something I enjoyed). George asked questions and made comments/suggestions on topics and concepts that I had not put much thought into but will be able to take into consideration when providing customer service. It also made me consider the business in a way that made me feel like I was valuable to the company.
Very informative course, George was a lovely guy full of facts and really enjoyed the course
Rachael was very engaging throughout, she facilitated a lot of discussion which was really useful in anchoring new concepts and reassuring to know the stuff was sinking in! She was very accommodating with very varied viewpoints. The course could be a little dry in places and she made it easy to digest. The activities were challenging at times - especially at the end (I think with most courses the last day you 'just want to get the exam over with!' I feel that this course was pitched at the right level for me. This is really important as a higer course (due to my lack of experience in the field) would have been too much.
Luke made the course interactive and less onerous by being an engaging and experience trainer.
