Duncan was brilliant in his job role as a trainer he made everyone understand the modules covered and how to apply the coaching and mentoring side. He used different scenarios which made it easier to understand really enjoyed the course and will be applying what I have learnt to my Job Roll. The venue was good. Adequate breaks
